PMI Manitoba promotes the project management
profession in businesses, educational institutions and
professional organizations in Manitoba.

 


PMI Manitoba announced that the Chief Peguis Trail Extension Project was named Project of the Year for 2012.  The announcement was made April 3rd, 2012 at the Winnipeg Convention Centre in front of a record attendance for a PMI Manitoba Event.  Guests were treated to a video presentation of all the great projects nominated for the 2012 award.  Links to the video and event pictures can be found below.

Peter Bjornson, Minister of Entrepreneurship, Training & Trade made the announcement in front of 270 members and guests.  The Honourable Philip Lee, Lieutenant Governor of Manitoba was also on hand to present Manitoba's highest project honour. 

The Chief Peguis Project was submitted by DBF2 Ltd. and the City of Winnipeg.  The Runner-Up award went to the Claims Replacement Project submitted by Wawanesa Insurance.

  • Manitoba Cancer Staging Information Initiative - CancerCare Manitoba
